Tears of joy or grief for pope's exhortation?

We have just made available a comprehensive analysis of Pope Francis' Apostolic Exhortation, Evangelii Gaudium.

Despite its title though, should we be shedding tears of joy over a clear exposition of the preaching of the Gospel, or tears of grief for simply another expression of post-conciliar confusion?
