Venerate the Precious Blood, the relics of the 3 Magi, visit the tomb of Charlemagne

March 06, 2018

A 10-day pilgrimage visiting the Catholic shrines of Belgium, Germany & the Netherlands: September 28 - October 7, 2018.

A unique opportunity to travel to the heart of the reformation and explore its deeply Catholic roots exists in a special pilgrimage hosted by Fr. Jürgen Wegner.  Father Wegner spent 3 years in the Netherlands, and then 6 years at St. John School in Germany.  He has been District Superior of Belgium and the Netherlands, giving him insight into the Catholic riches in these countries.

After a 6-year term as District Superior in Canada, he now serves as District Superior of the United States.  His extensive knowledge of this European region will make this pilgrimage full of history, Catholic traditions, and "insider" information.

Throughout this journey, pilgrims will have the ability to visit these exceptional locations in Belgium, Germany, and The Netherlands:

  • Relics of the Precious Blood, Bruge
  • St. Joseph Church: biggest church of the Society, church built for the Belgian Royal Family, now owned by the Society
  • Tomb of Charlemagne, Aken
  • Relics of the 3 Magi
  • St. Jan’s Gasthuis, one of the oldest hospitals in the world
  • Blessed Edouard Poppe, one of the greatest promoters of the Eucharistic Crusade

The above is but part of the incredible opporunities for pilgrims on this journey!
