St.
Jude's Church near Philadelphia, PA joyfully
celebrated the
recent priestly ordination of one of its
parishioners, Fr. Augustine, a Benedictine at
Our Lady Of Guadalupe Monastery in Silver City, New
Mexico.
Father celebrated a
Solemn First Mass for his home parish on Sunday, June
26, surrounded by his family and numerous friends. A
parish pot-luck followed.
Acting as the assistant priest during his Solemn Mass
was Fr. John Young, the chapel's pastor, while two
seminarians from Winona acted as the deacon and
subdeacon.
